Packages 1, 2, 3 all come with Bakery Fresh Rolls and Butter, disposable plates, paper napkins, plastic wear, Compliments of the Chef: Assorted Relishes, 3 Chefs choice deli-type Side Salads, Veggies & dip, Fresh Sliced Fruit & Set-up and delivery of food.

The Compliments of the Chef items are served with the buffet meal. If you ask those to be served prior to the meal there is an additional charge and the size will not be replenished. The request must be made at the time of final details.

Upgrade as Appetizers: Assorted Relishes, Veggies & dip, and Fresh Fruit to appetizer portions for $2.00 per person and an additional Cheese & crackers tray, to be served 1 hour prior to the main meal.

Includes 3 Entrées, 1 Pasta, 1 Starch, 2 Vegetables, 1 Salad, 5 Chefs choice deli-type Side salads, Dessert table with an Assortment of Mini Desserts, Linen table cloths, Linen napkins, cloth skirting, Full China (dinner, salad, dessert plates), Stainless Flatware, Cake Cutting, Assorted Rolls with butter, Fresh Fruit, Veggies and dip, Assorted Cheese and crackers plus Relishes for appetizers and 2 Hot Appetizers.

Appetizer Choices- Teriyaki Steak Bites, Teriyaki Chicken Sticks, Cheese Quesadilla's, Jamaican Chicken Sticks, Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Swedish Meatballs, Italian Sausage Pieces, Kielbasa Sausage Pieces, Assorted Mini Quiche, Hot Artichoke Dip. 

Package is based on 100 people or more. If less than 100 people this package will not come with Hot Appetizers.

All sales subject to a 6% sales tax and 15 % service charge and $10- fuel charge. All prices and packages subject to change with or without notice except with booked parties.

The service charge is not a gratuity. You are welcome to tip the waitstaff.

We reserve the right to make substitutions if needed equal to or greater than original choice.
